Joseph T. Leone
Intellectual Property Attorney

By day, Joe practices patent, trademark, and copyright law with Dewitt Ross & Stevens in Madison, Wisconsin.

In the evening, Joe can be found home with Elizabeth and their five kids, playing Chess or Blokus, tending his huge vegetable garden, reading historical biographies, or making music.

Joe is active in a number of areas, professionally and otherwise. Near and dear to his heart, however, is the education of his children which he and Elizabeth accomplish through homeschooling. Joe is also a board member of Saint Ambrose Academy.

Looking for a lawyer? Look no further than the always-down-to-earth Joe Leone, repeatedly named one of the best lawyers in Madison.

If your issue is patent-, trademark-or copyright-related, Joe is your man. Joe specializes in chemical, biotech, pharmaceutical, and e-commerce patents, but is available to help in virtually any area of intellectual property.

If your legal issue lies outside the realm of intellectual property law, Joe will be happy to provide preliminary help and to recommend an appropriate specialist if needed.

Elizabeth A. Leone

Attorney-turned-full-time-homemaker

Elizabeth worked briefly with the FCC, subsequently practicing law with the private Washington, DC, telecommunications firm of Blooston, Mordkofsky, Dickens, Duffy & Prendergast. Elizabeth represented clients before the FCC in telecom matters including auctions, licensing, antenna structure registration, and wireless services.

However, Elizabeth long ago turned her attention to her favorite job: raising Little Leones.

Homeschooling their five children is a joy and a privilege which Elizabeth and Joe both cherish.

If you are seeking legal advice, Elizabeth will insist that you consult Joe, the family's only practicing lawyer.
